Tidy Towns ♻️

Some of our 5th class pupils out litter picking around Collooney last week.
This is part of Green Schools which we combined with Collooney Tidy Towns. 🗑️

Both pupils and staff have become very mindful of waste and looking after the environment thanks to our fantastic Green Schools Committee. ♻️

Fundraiser Results 🥳

A huge thank you to everyone who took part and helped out with our Astro Pitch Fundraiser.

🎉We raised a total of €16000, excluding donations. 🎉

As a school we really appreciate the support we received from the local and wider community. The astro pitch is an amazing resource to have for our pupils and one that is going to be used for many years to come.

Thank you once again to our sponsors, without you this wouldn’t have been possible.

Now, onto to our winners,

🥳CONGRATULATIONS! 🥳 We hope you are happy and enjoy your prizes.

A special well done to Shea Rossiter – Senior Infants and Saoirse Gethins – 6th Class who were the two winners of the €100 Smyth’s vouchers.

Congratulations 🥳 👏🏻

Double celebrations over the weekend 🥇🎉

U14 Division 2 league winners! 🏀

The U12 girls were also presented with medals for winning the A Championship last year! 🏐

A huge congratulations to our girls and to their teammates! A fantastic achievement, we are so proud of you all! 🤩🏆

Mini 7s 🏆

Boys and girls are in the mini 7s  semi final on Wednesday at 4 o clock in Collooney!

This competition involves all schools in Sligo, so it’s a great achievement for our school to have both a boys and girls team in it. 🥳

Both teams have trained very hard for the past couple of months  so your support would be greatly appreciated on Wednesday.
