Sligo all stars

The U14s girls have played in the Mercy College in Sligo. They played Ballyshannon first in the semi final. They won by three points. They were through to the final now. They played Mulroy in the final,all thee other encounters with Mulroy ended with them loosing by up  to 50 points. In the first quarter the score was 4-4. In the second quarter the score was 12-8 to Mulroy. They lost by 52-39 but it was a major improvement from all their other matches. Well done All Stars!

Ballisodare soccer U14s U12s

The Ballisodare U14 girls played a match in Calry on Saturday the 2nd of March. They played through hail and very heavy rain. At the end of the first half the score was 5-1 to Calry. At the end of the match the score was 7-1. The girls were disappointed with the result but pleased to away from the terrible weather. The U12s have been doing well this season they have only lost two matches. Their next match will be against Arrow harps Blues they are bottom of the league and the team hope to have an easy win. Good luck teams!

Owenmore Gaels U14s and U12s

The U14s have started training on the 15th of March. Their coach this year will be Francis O’Beirne. Their first league match is going to be on the 2nd of April. The U12s team started training on the 8th of March they are training Wednesdays and any Fridays they don’t have matches there first match hasn’t been confirmed.
