Science Club started in 2017 and was founded by Ms. Hickey, who taught Fifth Class. Every week we would learn about an interesting new scientist, a new fascinating animal and an element that you probably wouldn’t have known before starting Science Club. We would also learn about a constellation and its story, we would do an amazing experiment and at the end of the day, she would tell us a fun fact that would blow our minds. Overall, Science Club was fun and all of us enjoyed learning about various science related topics such as: chemical reactions, gravity, physics and lots more.
Sadly, Ms. Hickey went on maternity leave and with her went Science Club. We all miss Ms. Hickey for all the work she did for us and all the fun we had in Science Club.
