In February our overall theme in SESE was Spain. We learned lots of new information about this country, including famous artists, explorers and festivals that happen here. 🇪🇸
At the end of the month we split into groups and created a group project. (Their very first time doing this). The children worked extremely hard and produced fantastic work at the end. Take a look at their amazing projects below. 📝📔
We have been working hard in Maths, especially on our tens and units. ➕➖✖️
Valentines Day fell in February and we created these lovely cards for our loved ones using a printing technique called pointillism. ❤️🎨
We have been playing lots of interactive games in Gaeilge to increase our vocabulary. Bingo is a class favourite.
We also got the opportunity to make our very own St. Brigid’s Day crosses at the beginning of the month.
February has been another busy and exciting month in First Class. 😃
